How we do it

Our unique technique combines breathing exercises, control of cardiac and respiratory rhythms and postural re-education.

The Natura Respira technique, accredited and registered in Spain, was developed by Maria Àngels Farreny i Bordallo and her daughter Miriam Marcet. Both Maria Àngels and Miriam are trained in a variety of techniques and, over years of practice and experience, developed their own. It helps your posture, exercising muscles for the diaphragm and ribs to move correctly, allowing deeper breathing and relieving unnecessary tension. This is a most important re-education process. It also gets your cardiac rhythm and your breathing in line with each other, so your heart and lungs are in harmony, aiding the natural breathing process. Plus it features exercises that include systematic breathing to help you cope better with stress, decrease pain and strengthen your lungs. You will also learn to release tension in your muscles, retraining them as you learn new, healthy breathing habits…
